FAMILY TO FAMILY FURNISHINGS TERMS OF CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT”)

This Agreement was last modified on May 1-2014. 

Please review the following Terms and Conditions that govern the use of this website (“Family To Family Furnishings”) before using it.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE SIGNIFIES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

STEP ONE

We kindly ask our customers to contact Family To Family Furnishings team, to arrange a meeting at our show room to see/discuss items, payments options and pick up or delivery services; via calling our team at: (647)539-5596, or emailing our team at: [email protected].

Although you may bypass this Agreement, your use of this website (“Family To Family Furnishings”) still binds you to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and your subsequent use of this website (“Family To Family Furnishings”) signifies your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the then-current Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website (“Family To Family Furnishings”).

Intellectual Property

This website (“Family To Family Furnishings”) and all of its original content are the sole property of Family To Family Furnishings and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Legalities

The seller (“Family To Family Furnishings”) is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the customer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the customer, the seller (“Family To Family Furnishings”) shares no responsibility.

Payment

Family To Family Furnishings sales are final. We accept cash transactions only on pick up date and/or delivery date.

Family To Family Furnishings policy requires deposits on all orders over $200.00. A deposit must be accepted before pick up or delivery can be scheduled. The deposit will be deducted from customers total price. 

The customer will receive an invoice stating that the customer has put down a deposit on (“date”) and the total price of the item(s) purchased on scheduled pick up and/or delivery (“date”) and/or (“time of purchase”).

Delivery

For delivery services, it will cost an additional charge depending on location of delivery.

Family To Family Furnishings delivery dates are subject to change as per quantity on hold, weather conditions and/or transportation problems. Family To Family Furnishings team will contact the customer on day of delivery date if any problem arises and will coordinate rescheduled delivery date that works with the customer. 

Assembly

Family To Family Furnishings team has assembly available upon request with a fee depending on the item(s) purchased by the customer.

Warranty And Complaints

Family To Family Furnishings item(s) are covered with manufactures warranty ranging from 1 year to 10 years, varying from each item. 

At Family To Family Furnishings, the customer has 24 hours to report any damage in boxed item(s) at the time of purchase. Family To Family Furnishings will replace the damaged boxed item(s).  In cases after 24 hours, there is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and Family To Family Furnishings team will be in contact.

Layaway

Family To Family Furnishings team offers layaway available upon request for item(s) that are $500.00 or more. Depending on the item(s), Family To Family Furnishings team will discuss with the customer about required payment amounts, the dates when payments will be due and the date for the final payment of the item(s). 

If the customer would like to change their layaway item(s), it has to be the same value or more as the current layaway item(s).

If payments are not made on discussed scheduled dates or if the customer wants to cancel their order, “Cancellation Of Order” condition will apply. 

Cancellation Of Order

Family To Family Furnishings do not refund or exchange if the customer changes their mind. The customer agrees to pay a minimum cancellation fee of 30% of the order if the customer cancels their order. If the customer cancels their order after manufacture of the customer’s products has commenced, the customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee up to the entire purchase price at Family To Family Furnishings discretion.

Variations And Specifications

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of products that appear on this website (“Family To Family Furnishings”). However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Your product may exhibit different characteristics to the sample of showroom furniture.

Soft furniture may vary in appearance and characteristics such as creasing and the degree of softness. Colour swatches and samples are an approximate guide only as leather and fabrics vary in colour and texture. Leather will exhibit scars, marks and areas of differing density and shade, which are the hallmarks of genuine leather.

We reserve the right to change dimensions, design and construction and to pattern match fabrics according to our best judgment without prior notice.

Pricing And Credit
